Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site, joining the driver list, creating or accessing an account, completing account setup, or selecting an account role, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

What the site currently provides

The site provides general information, lets visitors join separate User and Shipper launch lists, and allows account holders to create a profile, add their name, and activate either a User or Shipper role. Account and role features are pre-launch organizational tools; they do not create an active delivery, reserve work, provide app-store access, confirm service in a city, or promise that GoShip will launch in any location.

The launch lists and a GoShip account are separate. Joining a list does not create an account, and creating an account does not add you to a launch list or guarantee future launch communications.

GoShip's Marketplace Standards describe the public requirements and disclosures that must be completed before live deliveries begin.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, maintain only accounts you are authorized to use, safeguard your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, share an account in a way that compromises its security, or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You can update account details, review security, or permanently delete your account from Profile & Security. If you cannot access those controls, contact support@go-ship.co.

User and Shipper roles

Your selected role controls which pre-launch account experience you see and can be changed from your account. Activating Shipper does not mean that GoShip has approved your identity, vehicle, insurance, background, eligibility, or access to delivery work. Activating User does not enable you to request or purchase a delivery while the marketplace is unavailable.

Nothing on this site or in an account creates an employment, independent-contractor, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or franchise relationship. Any future Shipper or User marketplace activity will require additional eligibility steps, disclosures, and agreements before a delivery can be offered, requested, accepted, or performed.

No earnings or opportunity guarantee

Statements about flexibility, routes, estimated pay, tips, or delivery choices describe intended product features and are not guarantees of earnings, availability, route volume, tip amounts, or working conditions. Actual terms may vary by market and will be disclosed before any future work is accepted.

Communications

When you join a User or Shipper launch list, you ask GoShip to contact you at the email address provided about availability, driver opportunities, and related updates for that audience. You can withdraw that request at any time through the secure Email Preferences link included in launch messages, a supported one-click unsubscribe action, or support.

Promotional preferences do not control account, authentication, security, support, receipt, and other transactional messages needed to operate your account or provide a service you requested. You are responsible for providing an email address you control and keeping it accurate.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or an account, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit information for another person without permission, use automated systems to abuse forms or account features, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or role, or violate applicable law. We may restrict access or remove submissions associated with misuse.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers, including Clerk for account authentication, and the site includes an optional Google Maps preview and links to third-party services. GoShip does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or independent practices. Their applicable terms and privacy policies also apply.

Intellectual property

The GoShip name, branding, site design, text, and other site materials are owned by GoShip or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial evaluation of GoShip unless we give written permission for another use.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website, interest list, and pre-launch account features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, GoShip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from their use.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the site and service evolve. The revised effective date will appear above, and we will provide additional notice when required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the affected features and contact us to close your account. Questions can be sent to support@go-ship.co.
