Help
GoShip Support
Here to help, before and after launch.
Questions about your account or joining GoShip? Tell us what you need. We’ll help you find the next step.
Pre-launch support
No live deliveries yet
Use the support form for questions about your account, the website, accessibility, or the upcoming launch. Active-delivery and 15-minute safety-response targets apply only after GoShip launches deliveries and confirms that support is staffed.
Immediate danger: Contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first. GoShip support is not an emergency service.
Response targets
For immediate danger, injury, threats, collisions, fire, or suspected criminal activity.
24/7 initial response after live deliveries and staffed support begin. Not active during pre-launch.
Initial response for account, payment, damage, appeal, accessibility, and general requests.
GoShip targets a written decision within ten business days after receiving the information needed for a non-urgent claim or appeal. Complex insurance, law-enforcement, payment-network, or fraud reviews may take longer; GoShip will provide a status update when they do.

Registration questions
Does joining guarantee work?
No. Joining the driver list records your interest only. It does not confirm openings, create an account, or guarantee access to future delivery work.
Does choosing Shipper mean I passed screening?
No. Choosing Shipper selects an account role only. GoShip is not currently accepting screening applications, and an account is not approved for delivery work until the future activation process is completed.
Should I email my license or identity documents?
No. Do not email sensitive screening documents to support. GoShip plans to use Checkr for launch screening, but the service is not connected and applications are not open. If screening opens, GoShip will direct applicants to an approved secure process.
Can I update my city?
Yes. Submit the form again using the same email address and the latest city will replace the earlier one.
How long are inactive registration details kept?
We retain inactive registration details for up to 24 months. You can request deletion sooner by emailing support@go-ship.co from the address you registered when possible.
How do I remove my information?
Email support from the address you registered and request deletion. We may verify that you control the address before removing the record.
Where can I download the app?
The GoShip app is not available to download yet. Join the User launch list or driver list for availability updates.
Can GoShip charge me or pay a Shipper now?
No. The current website has no checkout or payout connection. GoShip has selected Stripe Connect as its planned launch provider, and the proposed pricing, payout, refund, cancellation, damage, and charge-dispute rules are published in the Marketplace Standards.
How do I appeal a decision?
Choose “Appeal a GoShip decision” in the support form, enter the case reference, explain what you believe should be corrected, and attach relevant evidence. Appeals should be submitted within 14 days of the written decision. A person who was not responsible for the original decision must review the appeal.

Marketplace requirements
GoShip's Marketplace Standards explain the current plans and requirements for Shipper eligibility, vehicles, screening, insurance, pay and fees, cancellations, safety, and disputes. No active delivery work is available until the remaining launch details listed there are finalized.
